The invention discloses a soil slope treatment greening structure. The soil slope treatment greening structure comprises a lattice beam structure fixedly arranged on a slope, the lattice beam structure comprises a plurality of lattice chambers, a plurality of anchor rods are arranged on the lattice beam structure, a nutrient soil layer is laid on a slope soil layer in the lattice chambers, multiple sets of planting devices arranged at intervals are inserted in the nutrient soil layer, and the bottom ends of the planting devices are inserted into the slope soil layer; the planting device comprises planting pipes used for planting saplings and provided with an opening in the top end, each planting pipe comprises a plurality of arc-shaped plates sequentially connected in the circumferential direction of the planting pipe, any two adjacent arc-shaped plates are connected in a buckled mode, and the planting device further comprises a force application assembly used for enabling the arc-shaped plates to move outwards in the radial direction of the planting pipe; planting soil for planting saplings is arranged in the planting pipes; and a laying net is laid on the nutrient soil layer in the lattice chambers, and turf is laid on the laying net. The method has the effect of improving the stability of the soil slope.
