The movable portable network floor construction device comprises an external support, a conveying crawler belt, a hand-cranking handle, a bearing device, a rotating shaft, a crawler belt gear and a gear conveying device, wherein two circles of conveying tracks are installed in the external support side by side, supporting plates are arranged on the outer surfaces of the conveying tracks, the two circles of conveying tracks are driven to rotate reversely through a rotating shaft and a gear conveying device, the network floor tiles supported by the supporting plates of the two conveying tracks are continuously conveyed downwards to a preset position to be installed, the construction efficiency of the network floor can be guaranteed, the construction time of the network floor is shortened, and therefore the project installation cost is reduced.
