The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and discloses a sliding and lifting operation platform for elevator shaft construction. The sliding and lifting operation platform comprises a sliding and lifting platform and a lifting device, a wall formwork is arranged on the sliding and lifting platform, and the sliding and lifting operation platform further comprises a sliding and lifting rail which is detachably assembled with a shear wall of an elevator shaft to lift layer by layer; the sliding and lifting rail has a first state that the bottom is connected with a constructed shear wall and the top is suspended, and further has a second state that the top and the bottom are connected with the shear wall; and the sliding and lifting platform is further provided with a supporting piece used for being detachably connected with an elevator shaft. A constructor enables the sliding and lifting rail to be in the first state, and the sliding and lifting rail is matched with the wall formwork to be used for building the shear wall; and after the construction of the shear wall of the floor is completed, the sliding and lifting rail is in the second state, the constructor can dismantle the sliding and lifting rail and enable the sliding and lifting rail to be in the first state, the construction of the shear wall of each floor is completed in sequence, the size of the sliding and lifting rail is small, the construction maneuverability is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
