Method for arranging lifting power equipment in attached lifting scaffold
The invention discloses a method for arranging lifting power equipment in an attached lifting scaffold. The lifting power equipment is arranged at a lifting support structure which is stably connected with a building. The lifting power equipment is arranged in the position, which is higher than the bottom plane below the lifting support structure, in the lifting support structure, and the vertical height between the bottom plane of the lifting power equipment and the bottom plane below the lifting support structure where the lifting power equipment is located adapts to the sum of the minimum structural vertical heights of lifting structural members including a driving mechanism, a lifting transmission structure connected with the driving mechanism and connecting structures during lifting operation in the lifting power equipment. According to the arrangement method, the height of the reserved lifting space of the lifting power equipment in a traditional attached lifting scaffold can be reduced from at least two lifting height units to only one lifting height unit, so that the economic value of greatly reducing construction materials and energy consumption cost can be achieved, and the anti-falling and anti-overturning safety of the scaffold can be obviously increased.
附着式升降脚手架中起重动力设备的设置方法,将起重动力设备设置在与建筑物稳固连接的起重支承结构处。其中,该起重动力设备设置在起重支承结构中高于其下方底平面的部位处,并使该起重动力设备的底平面与其所在的起重支承结构的下方底平面间的垂直高度,与起重动力设备中包括驱动机构及其所连接的升降传动结构和各连接结构在内的升降结构件在提升运行中的最小结构性垂直高度之和相适应。该设置方法可以将传统的附着式升降脚手架中对起重动力设备的预留提升空间的高度由至少两个提升高度单元,减少为只需预留一个提升高度单元,能具有大幅减少施工材料和能源消耗成本的经济价值,并能显著提高脚手架的防坠落和防倾覆的安全性。
