The wood grain fair-faced concrete formwork comprises a lining plate, wood grain boards, fasteners and a pressing strip, wherein the multiple wood grain boards are attached to the first board face of the lining plate, the multiple wood grain boards are spliced to form a wood grain formwork, at least one edge of each wood grain board is a clamping side, and a protrusion capable of being inserted into a groove is arranged on the clamping side of the other wood grain board connected with the clamping side, provided with the groove, of the wood grain boards, a part of or all the wood grain boards are fixedly connected with the lining plate through the fasteners, the fasteners penetrate through the groove walls of the wood grain boards and are inserted into the lining board, the pressing strip is provided with two opposite pressing edges, and the two pressing edges can press the edge of the second end face of the lining plate and the edge of the wood grain formwork. The structural design of the wood grain fair-faced concrete formwork can effectively reduce gaps between wood grain boards.
