Concrete pouring chute device and using method thereof
The invention provides a concrete pouring chute device. The concrete pouring chute device comprises a supporting frame and an inclined chute, a plurality of horizontal transverse supporting rods and two inclined supporting rods are arranged at the top of the supporting frame, the horizontal distance between any two adjacent transverse supporting rods is equal, the vertical distance between any two adjacent transverse supporting rods is further equal, and the inclined supporting rods are perpendicular to the transverse supporting rods and connected with the transverse supporting rods. A chute comprises a plurality of chute bodies, each chute body comprises a bottom plate and side plates arranged on the two side edges of the bottom plate, the width of a notch of each chute body is larger than that of the bottom plate, positioning holes are formed in the upper ends of the two side plates, each transverse supporting rod penetrates through the positioning hole in the upper end of the corresponding chute body, and the side plates of the chute bodies are located on the inclined supporting rods. Every two adjacent groove bodies are detachably connected. The invention further provides a using method of the device. The concrete pouring chute device is simple in structure, low in implementation cost, convenient and fast to disassemble and assemble on site, firm in chute installation and capable of guaranteeing the stability of concrete conveying.
