The invention relates to a midpoint bolt reinforcement type laminated wood buckling restrained brace. The brace comprises a core energy dissipation steel plate (2) and two pieces of laminated wood (1), wherein clamping grooves matched with the core energy dissipation steel plate (2) are formed in the laminated wood (1), the core energy dissipation steel plate (2) is clamped by the two pieces of laminated wood (1) through the clamping grooves, and self-tapping screws (4) are connected between the two pieces of laminated wood (1); the restrained brace further comprises a long bolt (3); and the core energy dissipation steel plate (2) comprises a middle plate (21), wherein the middle plate (21) is symmetrically connected with two end plates (24) through connecting plates, a second through hole (211) is formed in the middle plate (21), first through holes (13) are formed in the laminated wood (1), and the long bolt (3) penetrates through the second through hole (211) and the first through holes (13) of the two laminated wood (1) and is fixed through a nut. Compared with the prior art, the brace has the advantages of high lateral rigidity, high buckling resistance, high ductility, low damage and the like.
