The invention relates to the field of tent equipment, in particular to a negative pressure isolation tent. The negative pressure isolation tent comprises tarpaulin and a rigid supporting frame, the supporting frame supports the tarpaulin and comprises a plurality of transverse rods and a plurality of vertical rods, cavities are formed in the vertical rods, two clamping and sinking parts are integrally formed at the top ends of the vertical rods, the two clamping and sinking parts are oppositely arranged, the inner wall faces of the clamping and sinking parts are of an arc face, the bottom walls of the clamping and sinking parts sink towards the cavities, the clamping and sinking part is provided with clamping holes extending in the direction parallel to the center axis of the vertical rods, the top ends of the vertical rods are provided with limiting pieces capable of being inserted into the cavities, the bottom ends of the limiting pieces are fixedly provided with inserting strips capable of being inserted into the clamping holes, the top ends of the limiting pieces are provided with pressure springs which are in a free state initially, floating balls are fixedly arranged on the pressure springs, and the diameter of the floating balls is larger than that of the cavities; and the diameter of the transverse rods is smaller than that of the clamping and sinking parts, and the transverse rods are provided with insertion holes capable of being aligned with the clamping holes. The tarpaulin can be prevented from being rubbed and damaged by the supporting frame.
