A small watershed water ecology integrated treatment system comprises a water body, plants and a treatment device, the plants comprise submerged plants and floating plants, the submerged plants are planted at the bottom of the water body, the floating plants are distributed in the middle of the water body, and the treatment device floats on the surface of the water body. The treatment device comprises a garbage cleaning system, a detection system, a moving system, an oxygenation system and a repairing system, a moving cavity is formed in the right end of the treatment device, and the moving system comprises a driving motor, a steering motor, a propeller, a steering pipe and a driving rod. Through the arrangement of a repair liquid box, a repair water pump, amaterial scattering motor, a spray gun, a material scattering disc and a rotating column, an operator controls the material scattering motor to rotate to drive the material scattering disc to rotate, so that the spray gun is driven by a material scattering rod to rotate in the front-back direction, repair liquid can be uniformly sprayed into the water body, the water body is conveniently repaired, and the treatment effect is good.
