The invention discloses performance-controllable cement composite slurry and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field. The composite slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by volume: cement paste and water glass in a ratio of 1: (0.35-0.5). The cement paste is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of cement, 18-65 parts of water, 6-10 parts of iron vitriol slag, 1.0-2.3 parts of an accelerator, 0.3-1.5 parts of a water retaining agent, and 0.1-0.5 part of a water reducing agent. Cement is equivalently replaced by the iron vitriol slag, so that waste is turned into wealth, the stacking amount of solid waste is reduced, the harm to the environment is reduced, the use of the cement material is reduced, and the engineering cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the novel cement composite slurry which is controllable in preparation performance, low in manufacturing cost and environment-friendly is prepared from the three aspects, namely setting time, water separation property and flowability of the novel cement composite slurry.
