Solid waste regenerated foamed ceramic material for thermal insulation wall and preparation method
The invention discloses a preparation method of a solid waste regenerated foamed ceramic material for a heat preservation and insulation wall. According to the preparation method, screening, refining, foaming and curing are performed on solid wastes such as industrial tailings and construction wastes to form fireproof foamed ceramic for heat preservation and insulation of a building wall. The method specifically comprises the following steps of: enabling the performance of the solid wastes to meet the requirements of a foamed ceramic raw material on fineness and purity through processes such as carbon removal and ball milling; mixing the solid wastes with a foaming agent and a curing agent, preparing the foamed ceramic through technological processes such as foaming, curing and hydration; and finally cutting and grading the foamed ceramic material with a low heat conductivity coefficient so as to apply the material to the thermal insulation wall. With the material adopted, not only can the problem of environmental pollution caused by solid wastes be solved, but also heat energy consumption of buildings can be reduced, and a good strategy is provided for turning waste into wealth.
本发明公开了一种用于保温隔热墙体的固废再生泡沫陶瓷材料制备方法,将工业尾料以及建筑垃圾等固体废料进行筛选、细化、发泡、养护等方式形成防火泡沫陶瓷,用于建筑墙体的保温隔热。具体为:通过除碳、球磨等工艺使固体废料性能满足泡沫陶瓷原材料对细度和纯度的要求,之后将其与发泡剂和固化剂混合,经发泡、养护、水化等工艺流程制备泡沫陶瓷,最后将低导热系数的泡沫陶瓷材料切割分级应用于保温隔热墙体。该材料不但能够解决固废对环境的污染问题,还能减少建筑的热能消耗,是变废为宝的良好策略。
