Preparation method of orthodontic zirconia bracket
The invention discloses a preparation method of an orthodontic zirconia bracket. The method is characterized in that zirconia ink slurry with the solid phase content of 30-60% is used as a raw material, dentition data of a patient is acquired to establish a digital model, a bracket structure with a T-shaped net bottom structure is set, STL data is exported, and the zirconia ceramic bracket consistent with the design is processed through a 3D printer. The bonding force with the tooth surface is greatly improved, and the problem that the ceramic bracket is easy to fall off is effectively solved; the treatment effect and the wearing comfort of a patient are improved; in a limited space, various structures which are difficult to realize by mold opening can be realized, and the product design upgrading is promoted; when the bracket and the net body structure are integrally formed, the high-precision processing characteristic can be further ensured, so that the production process is simplified, and the production difficulty is reduced; and one-time forming is achieved, operation is easy, the defects that in a traditional process, mold opening cost is high, and the mold changing period is long are overcome, and product iteration upgrading is accelerated.
本发明公开了一种正畸氧化锆托槽的制备方法,其特征是采用固相含量为30%‑60%的氧化锆墨水浆料作为原材料,获取患者牙列数据建立数字模型,设定具有T型网底结构的托槽结构,导出STL数据,通过3D打印机加工与设计一致的氧化锆陶瓷托槽。大大提高了与牙面的粘接力,有效解决陶瓷托槽易脱落的问题;改善了患者的治疗效果和佩戴舒适度;在有限的空间内,可以实现多种开模难以实现结构,促进产品设计升级;在一体成型托槽和网体结构的同时,能进一步保证高精度加工特征,从而简化了生产工序,降低了生产难度;一次成型,操作简单,解决了传统工艺开模费用高、改模周期长的缺陷,加速产品迭代升级。
