The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic materials, and particularly relates to a ceramic dielectric material which comprises the following functional components: a principal crystalline phase, a modified additive and a sintering aid, wherein the principal crystalline phase is (BaxCaySrz)m(Zr[alpha]Ti[beta])O3, wherein x is greater than 0.01 and less than 0.2, y is greater than 0.4 and less than 0.8, z is greater than 0.1 and less than 0.4, m is greater than 0.95 and less than 1.01, alpha is greater than 0.7 and less than 1.0, and beta is greater than 0 and less than 0.1. The dielectric material disclosed by the invention meets COG characteristics of EIA standards, and is uniform in material particles, uniform in particle size distribution, simple in preparation process and excellent in dielectric property; and the dielectric material is used for manufacturing an MLCC, is matched with a nickel inner electrode, is small, uniform and compact in sintering grain, and is suitable for manufacturing thin-medium, large-capacity and high-reliability MLCC products.
