The invention discloses a KNN-LN piezoelectric crystal and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: S1, weighing Na2CO3, K2CO3, Nb2O5, Li2CO3, Ho2O3 and Tm2O3 according to a preset molar ratio; S2, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the weighed raw materials for ball milling, and drying ground slurry; S3, placing the dried material powder in a high-temperature box-type furnace so as to pre-sintering the powder; S4, adding an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol into the pre-sintered powder, performing grinding and sieving to obtain powder; and S5, putting the prepared powder into a mold, pressurizing to prepare a tablet, putting the tablet into a high-temperature furnace, sintering the tablet, performing cooling, and taking out the product to prepare the KNN-LN piezoelectric crystal. The piezoelectric property is greatly improved. The prepared KNN-LN piezoelectric crystal has better electrical properties than the corresponding piezo-electric crystal, and can realize lead-free development.
本发明公开了一种KNN‑LN压电晶体及其制备方法,其中,制备方法中包括:S1按照预设摩尔比称取Na2CO3、K2CO3、Nb2O5、Li2CO3、Ho2O3和Tm2O3;S2往称取的原料中加入无水乙醇进行球磨,并将研磨后的浆料干燥;S3将干燥后的料粉置于高温箱式炉中预烧;S4往预烧完成的粉末中加入聚乙烯醇的水溶液进行研磨并过筛,得到粉末;S5将制备得到的粉末置于模具中加压制成压片,并将压片放入高温炉中烧结,冷却后取出,制备得到KNN‑LN压电晶体。大大提升了压电性能。其制备得到的KNN‑LN压电晶体,各项电性能都优于对应的压电晶体,且能实现无铅化发展。
