The invention provides a pre-buried drip irrigation urease reinforcement liquid for slope protection and a preparation and construction method thereof. The urease reinforcement liquid comprises a soybean urease solution, a treating fluid, skim milk powder and a sodium alginate solution. The urease activity of the soybean urease solution ranges from 3.5 mmol/min to 5 mmol/min, and the treating fluid is a 0.75 mol/L to 1.5 mol/L urea-calcium acetate mixed solution. The skim milk powder is added into the soybean urease solution to prepare an enzyme solution, wherein the concentrations of urease and skim milk powder in the enzyme solution are respectively kept at 2-4 g/L and 3-5 g/L; and holes are drilled in a slope body, then the enzyme liquid and the treating fluid are injected into the slope body, the holes of the slope body are filled with zeolite powder, then a sodium alginate solution is sprayed on the slope surface, then the enzyme liquid and the treating fluid are sprayed, and then grass seeds are sprayed. According to the invention, the slope body can be reinforced, ammonia gas generated by enzymatic reaction is reduced, soil is protected, the erosion resistance and crack resistance of the slope surface are improved, and the slope can also be afforested.
本发明提供了预埋滴灌的一种用于护坡的脲酶加固液及其制备和施工方法，脲酶加固液，包括大豆脲酶溶液、处理液、脱脂奶粉和海藻酸钠溶液。大豆脲酶溶液的脲酶活性在3.5~5 mmol/min范围内，处理液为0.75~1.5 mol/L的尿素‑醋酸钙混合溶液。在大豆脲酶溶液中加入脱脂奶粉制成酶液，酶液中脲酶和脱脂奶粉的浓度分别保持在2~4 g/L和3~5 g/L。在坡体钻出孔洞，再将酶液和处理液注入坡体，并用沸石粉填充坡体的孔洞，之后再在坡面先喷洒海藻酸钠溶液，随后喷洒酶液和处理液，再喷洒草籽。本发明可以加固坡体，消减酶促反应生成的氨气，保护土壤，增加坡面抗侵蚀能力和抗裂能力，还可以绿化边坡。
