The invention discloses a fabricated multifunctional guard board structure of a rail transit bridge, aims to effectively improve the construction efficiency, shorten the construction period and improve the construction quality and economical efficiency. The structure comprises prefabricated stand column components and prefabricated guard plate components; the prefabricated stand column components are continuously arranged on the two transverse sides of a box girder in the line extending direction and are provided with stand columns and stand column bases which form an integral structure, the stand columns 21 adopt one unit or adopt a plurality of units which are arranged at equal intervals in the length direction of the stand column bases 22, and each prefabricated upright post component is fixedly connected with the leveling layer on the top plate of the box girder through an embedded foundation bolt; and the prefabricated guard plate components are detachably installed on the outer side walls of the corresponding stand columns through connecting components which are vertically arranged at intervals.
