Rotary turning-around device of bridge girder transporting vehicle of bridge girder erection machine and turning-around method thereof
The invention discloses a rotary turning-around device of a bridge girder transporting vehicle of a bridge girder erection machine and a turning-around method thereof. The device is composed of a lower rotating disc anchoring device, a rubber pad, a lower rotating disc, a side supporting wheel set, a rotation supporting bearing system, an upper rotating disc, a supporting frame anchoring system, a movable weighing system, a height-adjustable supporting frame, a rotation driving device and the like; wherein the lower turntable is anchored on an erected box girder or fixed by a pre-embedded ground anchor; a rotating part adopts a double-supporting system design of an independent rotary supporting bearing and a side supporting wheel set; the height-adjustable supporting frame can meet supporting positions with different heights through splicing of different adjusting sections; the support frame achieves four-point support and three-point balance through the front balance bridge design; the upper part of the support frame and rotated equipment are anchored into a whole through the support frame anchoring system; the driving system is driven by a variable frequency motor or hydraulically; the split type bridge girder erection machine and the girder transporting vehicle are lifted to the turning-around device through the girder lifting machine to complete rotating operation; and the transporting and erecting integrated bridge girder erection machine automatically lifts the turning-around device to an erected bridge deck on a girder manufacturing field or a roadbed to complete turning-around operation.
一种架桥机运梁车的旋转调头装置及其调头方法,由下转盘锚固装置、橡胶垫、下转盘、旁撑轮组、回转支撑轴承系统、上转盘、支撑架锚固系统、移动式称重系统、高度可调支撑架、旋转驱动装置、等组成。下转盘锚固在已架箱梁上或预埋地锚固定;旋转部件采用独立回转支撑轴承+旁撑轮组双支撑系统设计;高度可调支撑架通过不同调整节拼装可满足不同高度的支撑位;支撑架通过前部平衡桥设计达到四点支撑三点平衡;支撑架上部与被旋转设备通过支撑架锚固系统锚固成整体;驱动系统采用变频电机或液压驱动。分体式架桥机和运梁车由提梁机提升到调头装置上完成旋转作业;运架一体式架桥机在制梁场或路基上自行提升调头装置到已架设桥面完成调头作业。
