Construction method of anti-overflow composite sub-dike of earth-rock dam
The invention relates to a construction method of an anti-overflow composite sub-dike of an earth-rock dam. The method comprises the following steps of 1) a base surface is cleaned, and a rescue measurement control network is established; (2) unit type light steel supporting frames are installed; (3) a combination groove is excavated in the levee top; (4) prefabricated strip beams are installed; (5) a separated limiting timber pile is driven; (6) a willow pillow jig frame is laid; (7) a core-filled willow pillow is made and stacked; (8) a soil berm is filled; (9) a wave-resistant frame is installed; 10) a water-injected rubber bag is constructed; and 11) wave-resistant frame assembly type inclined struts and limiting nets are installed. The method has the beneficial effects that the core-filled willow pillow is adopted for rescuing and protecting a dike section of a concrete-free wave wall area, the rescuing and protecting efficiency is greatly improved, meanwhile, the prefabricated strip beams and the separated limiting timber pile are arranged in an auxiliary mode, the stability of the willow pillow sub-dike is effectively enhanced, and the method has the multiple technical advantages of being high in efficiency, high in stability, low in cost and the like.
本发明涉及土石堤坝防漫溢复合式子堤的施工方法,包括步骤:1)清理基面、建立救援测量控制网;2)安装单元式轻钢撑架;3)堤顶开挖结合槽;4)安装预制条梁;5)打设分离式限位木桩;6)布设柳枕胎架;7)灌芯柳枕制作并叠放;8)填筑土戗;9)安装防浪架;10)注水橡胶袋施工;11)防浪架装配式斜撑及限位网安装。本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用灌芯柳枕抢护无混凝土防浪墙区域堤段,大幅提高抢护效率,同时辅助设置了预制条梁及分离式限位木桩,有效增强柳枕子堤的稳定性,具有高效率、高稳定性、低成本等诸多技术优势。
