The invention relates to the technical field of floating dock anchoring, and particularly discloses a construction method of a floating dock anchoring facility. The method includes the steps that S1, the position of an underwater foundation trench is determined, and dredging is performed; S2, a riprap foundation bed is formed and leveled, and an anchor block caisson is placed; S3, broken stones are backfilled inside and outside the anchor block caisson; and S4, floating dock anchor chains are laid and connected with the anchor block caisson. According to the scheme, the construction steps are simple and convenient, the method can be well implemented in complex terrains, and the method is mainly suitable for anchoring of a large floating dock under condition of unfavorable stormy waves; friction between anchor blocks and the bottom of the foundation trench is increased by utilizing self-weight and gravity of internal gravels, so that external force transmitted from the floating dock is effectively resisted; and the arranged anchor blocks are stable and firm, so that normal use of floating dock anchoring is guaranteed.
