The invention discloses a method for improving the seepage-proof quality of concrete in a runner unit section of a hydropower station workshop. The method includes the steps of adding 1-2kg/m <3> of a UEA-II type expanding agent of which the dosage of an externally doped cementing material is 10-12% and polypropylene fiber into second-stage concrete of a flow channel of a riverbed hydropower station, conducting fully stirring, adding water, conducting uniformly stirring again, and pouring the flow channel. According to the method for improving the seepage-proof quality of the concrete in the runner unit section of the hydropower station workshop, a process is reasonable and easy to operate and implement, construction and cost are reduced, construction efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, cracks are reduced, and the anti-seepage effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种提高水电站厂房流道机组段混凝土防渗漏质量方法,于河床式水电站流道的二期混凝土中加入外掺胶凝材料用量为10%‑12%的UEA‑II型膨胀剂和聚丙烯纤维1‑2kg/m3,充分搅拌后加水再次搅拌均匀,然后进行流道浇筑。本发明工艺合理,易操作实施,降低施工,降低成本,提高施工效率,缩短施工周期,减少裂缝发生,起到防渗作用。
