The invention discloses a reverse construction method for an underground comprehensive pipe gallery. According to the reverse construction method, a vertical wall is constructed firstly, then a top plate is constructed in batches, specifically, part of the top plate is constructed firstly, then an internal soil body is excavated, all the top plate is constructed, then a bottom plate is constructed, and finally internal construction design of the pipe gallery is conducted. According to the method, the construction technology is simplified, foundation pit protection is not needed, and the foundation pit excavation volume is greatly reduced; the construction period is effectively shortened by means of segmented simultaneous construction, the top plate can be used as a stacking site of excavated soil, and the influence on traffic and buildings around the construction site is reduced; the construction is carried out in a closed underground environment, so that the construction difficulty increase and the prolonged construction period caused by the influence from climatic factors are avoided; and meanwhile, an underground diaphragm wall is used as the side wall of the pipe gallery, so that a structural outer wall does not need to be built while soil retaining and water stopping are achieved, the construction cost of a project is reduced, obvious social and economic benefits are achieved, and the construction method is particularly suitable for construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery under urban roads with busy traffic.
