Tunnel anti-floating construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel engineering, and discloses a tunnel anti-floating construction method which includes the steps that before a foundation pit is excavated, an anti-floating pressing plate is manufactured in advance, and uplift piles are driven into the two sides of a tunnel; after the foundation pit is excavated above the tunnel, the anti-floating pressing plate is hoisted into the bottom of the foundation pit, the uplift piles penetrate through holes reserved in the anti-floating pressing plate, and a cushion layer is arranged below the anti-floating pressing plate; downward pressure is applied to the two ends of the anti-floating pressing plate, so that the two ends of the anti-floating pressing plate are bent downwards; the anti-floating pressing plate and the uplift piles are locked, and the pressure applied to the two ends of the anti-floating pressing plate is removed; and anchor sealing is conducted on the locking positions of the anti-floating pressing plate and the uplift piles. According to the tunnel anti-floating construction method, the foundation pit exposure time can be shortened, meanwhile, downward pre-pressure is applied to the bottom of the foundation pit, and therefore the upheaval amount of the foundation pit and the upward floating amount of the tunnel are reduced.
本发明涉及隧道工程技术领域,公开了一种隧道抗浮施工方法,包括以下步骤:开挖基坑前,预先制作抗浮压板,在隧道两侧打入抗拔桩;在隧道上方开挖基坑后,将抗浮压板吊入基坑底,抗拔桩穿过抗浮压板上预留的孔洞,且在抗浮压板下方设有垫层;对抗浮压板的两端施加向下的压力,使抗浮压板两端向下压弯;锁紧抗浮压板和抗拔桩,撤去抗浮压板两端施加的压力;对抗浮压板和抗拔桩锁紧处进行封锚。本发明可以减少基坑暴露时间,同时对基坑底部施加向下预压力,从而减小基坑隆起量和隧道上浮量。
