The invention provides a fireproof heat preservation assembly structure of a building glass curtain wall. The structure comprises a plurality of stand columns, a plurality of cross beams, a plurality of embedded parts and a plurality of glass plates. The bottoms of the stand columns or the bottoms of the cross beams are fixed to one side of an internally-connected corner connector, and the tail ends of the embedded parts penetrate through the other side of the internally-connected corner connector and then are screwed with internally-locked nuts. The tops of the stand columns or the tops of the cross beams are fixed to one side of an externally-connected corner connector, supporting screws are embedded in the glass plates, the tail ends of the supporting screws penetrate through the other side of the externally-connected corner connector and then are screwed with an externally-locked nut; and the stand columns or the cross beams are of a hollow structure and are filled with flame-retardant heat preservation cotton. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the stand columns and the cross beams form a supporting framework to support the glass curtain wall; the stand columns or the cross beams are filled with the flame-retardant heat preservation cotton, so that the overall appearance of the glass curtain wall is not affected, and the flame-retardant fireproof heat preservation performance of the glass curtain wall is improved; and a silicone weather-proof sealant is arranged at the connecting positions of the stand columns and the cross beams, so that the assembling difficulty is simplified, and the construction efficiency is improved.
