The invention provides a lightning protection glass curtain wall assembly structure of a high-rise building. The assembly structure comprises a plurality of stand columns arranged in the vertical direction and fixed to the outer vertical face of the building, a plurality of cross beams arranged in the horizontal direction and fixed between every two adjacent stand columns, a plurality of embedded parts embedded in the building and a plurality of n-shaped cover hoops, the cover hoops are clamped on the stand columns or the cross beams, the left sides and the right sides of the cover hoops are fixedly connected with the outer vertical face of the building and the corresponding stand columns or cross beams through screws respectively, a bowl-shaped sinking groove is further formed in each cover hoop, the tail ends of the embedded parts sequentially penetrate through the stand columns or the cross beams and the cover hoops and then are in threaded connection with locking nuts, the locking nuts are contained in the corresponding bowl-shaped sinking grooves, and the surfaces of the cover hoops are used for installing a glass curtain wall. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the connecting strength of the glass curtain wall and the building main body structure is improved, a charge transfer and discharge network is constructed between the glass curtain wall and the building main body structure through copper stranded wires, and the lightning protection capacity of the glass curtain wall is improved.
