Steel beam and steel-concrete composite beam
The invention discloses a steel beam and steel-concrete composite beam. A steel beam comprises an H-shaped beam, stiffening parts and a plurality of widening parts, wherein the widening parts are arranged on an upper flange of the H-shaped beam; a beam section structure formed by every two adjacent widening parts on the H-shaped beam is used for arranging a concrete slab; the stiffening parts are arranged on the side surface of a web plate of the H-shaped beam; the two ends of the stiffening parts are respectively used for supporting the two flanges of the H-shaped beam; in the length direction of the H-shaped beam, the stiffening parts are located in positions of the widening parts on the upper flange; and a box body for pouring concrete is formed among the stiffening parts, the web plate of the H-shaped beam and the two flanges. The widening parts and the stiffening parts are arranged, the box body formed by the stiffening parts is used for pouring concrete, after the steel beams are assembled with the concrete slab, when a joint between the adjacent concrete slabs is damaged, the stiffening parts and the widening parts are used for avoiding a phenomenon of stress concentration on the steel beams, and the bearing capacity of the steel beams and the steel-concrete composite beam is improved. The steel beam and steel-concrete composite beam can be widely applied to the technical field of bridges.
本发明公开了一种钢梁、钢混组合梁,钢梁包括H型梁、加劲部件和多个加宽部,加宽部设置在H型梁的上翼缘上,相邻两个加宽部在H型梁上所构成的梁段结构用于设置混凝土板;加劲部件设置在H型梁的腹板侧面,加劲部件的两端分别用于支撑H型梁的两个翼缘,沿H型梁的长度方向,加劲部件的位置处于加宽部在上翼缘的位置处;加劲部件与H型梁的腹板和两个翼缘之间构成用于灌注混凝土的箱体。设置加宽部和加劲部件,加劲部件所构成的箱体用于灌注混凝土,钢梁装配混凝土板后,若相邻的混凝土板之间的接缝处受到破坏,利用加劲部件和加宽部避免钢梁上出现应力集中的现象,提高钢梁和钢混组合梁的承载能力。本发明可广泛应用于桥梁技术领域。
