The invention discloses a construction method of a cast-in-place cup opening foundation steel structure. The construction method comprises the steps that (1) a worker measures a dug cup opening, the elevation of the cup bottom is measured, if the elevation is too high, the cup opening needs to be removed, and if the elevation is too low, the cup opening is adjusted to the corresponding elevation through a cushion block; and (2) after the specification of the cup bottom is measured and is adjusted to reach the standard, the cup opening is reinforced through a steel wedge, then one end of a cable rope is fixed to the outer wall of a steel column, and then a proper hoisting machine is selected to hoist the steel column. The construction method has the beneficial effects that a distance measuring sensor, a signal transmitter, a remote controller and a display screen are arranged, in the hoisting process, the distance between the surface of the steel column and the steel wedge is measured through the distance measuring sensor on the inner wall of the steel wedge, and then measured data are transmitted to the display screen on the remote controller through the signal transmitter, and additionally, a shot picture is transmitted by a camera on the surface of the steel wedge, so that a worker can watch the picture conveniently, the worker can perform remote operation, and the safety in the construction process is effectively increased.
