The buffer structure comprises a first fixed end, a hinge arm and a linkage piece, the hinge arm comprises a first transmission rod and a second transmission rod, the first fixed end is rotationally connected with one end of the first transmission rod and one end of the second transmission rod, and the linkage piece is rotationally connected with the other end of the first transmission rod and the other end of the second transmission rod; the buffer structure for the hinge further comprises a buffer piece, the first fixed end is provided with a first relative position and a second relative position relative to the hinge arm; the buffer piece is located on the first transmission rod, and when the first fixed end rotates from the first relative position to the second relative position, the buffer piece abuts against the second transmission rod or the first fixed end; and or the buffer piece is located on the first fixed end, and when the first fixed end rotates from the first relative position to the second relative position, the buffer piece abuts against the first transmission rod or the second transmission rod.
