The invention discloses a spliced door and a manufacturing process thereof. The spliced door is suitable for a door body capable of being hinged to a door frame through hinges; the door body comprises an outer plate and an inner plate; the door body with the hollow interior is formed after the outer plate and the inner plate are assembled; the hollow portion in the door body is filled with fillers; and under the arrangement of a special-shaped hole, a lining plate, a cutting mark and a decorative insert, only a built-in cutting path of laser cutting equipment needs to be changed, new equipment such as a mold does not need to be additionally arranged, the single equipment can produce decorative pattern structures in different shapes, new equipment does not need to be input, the production cost is reduced, the machining process and the equipment are universal, and shape switching is freely achieved.
