The invention discloses a protective fireproof air-tight door for civil air defense engineering. The protective fireproof air-tight door comprises a door frame, a center plate, a sealing door plate, two ventilation assemblies and two blocking assemblies; the whole door frame is of a rectangular structure; the center plate is fixedly installed in the middle of the top end in the door frame; the sealing door plate is rotatably installed in the door frame; the end of the sealing door plate is connected with the door frame in a sealed mode through a lock catch; and the two ventilation assemblies are installed in the center plate in parallel. According to the invention, a transmission gear is used for enabling a winding roller to rotate and synchronously driving fireproof cloth to fall, and under the assistance of a balancing weight, the falling stability of the fireproof cloth is guaranteed, so that blocking treatment on the single side of the door frame is achieved through the fireproof cloth, a blocking zone is formed, the protective space of the sealed door is further extended, and multiple isolation can be conducted on a fire source; and under the assistance of the ventilation assemblies, oxygen can be conveyed to trapped people, so that the living environment of the trapped people is improved, and the rescue probability is increased.
