The invention provides a parking space lock control method and system, a readable storage medium and a parking space lock. The parking space lock is installed in a charging parking space. The method comprises the steps that the license plate number of a to-be-parked vehicle is recognized through a camera on the parking space lock, and whether the recognized license plate number is a new energy license plate or not is judged; when it is judged that the recognized license plate number is the new energy license plate, vehicle type information of the to-be-parked vehicle is fed back through a parking space lock management platform, and according to the vehicle type information, an unlocking command is sent to the parking space lock through the parking space lock management platform so that the parking space lock can be unlocked; the parking time of the to-be-parked vehicle is recorded, and whether the parking time exceeds a time threshold value or not is judged; and if so, the difference value between the parking time and the time threshold value is calculated, and the parking fee and/or the charging fee of the to-be-parked vehicle are/is increased according to the difference value. The technical problems that in the prior art, a fuel vehicle occupies a charging parking space, and a new energy vehicle occupies the charging parking space for a long time after charging is completed can be solved.
