The invention discloses a safe cleaning device for a curtain wall of a high-rise building. The safe cleaning device comprises a movable support assembly, an outer mounting guide rail, an adjustable frame assembly, built-in cleaning assemblies, a cleaning liquid pre-applying device and a connecting guide pipe. The outer mounting guide rail is vertically stacked on the movable support assembly, and the adjustable frame assembly is arranged on the outer mounting guide rail in a relatively vertical sliding and limiting manner; the built-in cleaning assemblies are arranged in the adjustable frame assembly in a bilateral symmetry mode, and the built-in cleaning assemblies are arranged in the adjustable frame assembly in a relative sliding and limiting mode; and moreover, the cleaning liquid pre-applying device is transversely mounted on the lower side of the interior of the adjustable frame assembly, the two sides of the cleaning liquid pre-applying device communicate with connecting guide pipes correspondingly, and the connecting guide pipes communicate with an external liquid supply pump; and driving wheel sets are further symmetrically installed on the movable support assembly.
