The invention relates to a self-cleaning intelligent toilet, in particular to a sewage after-treatment device. A sewage post-treatment device comprises a separator, a dehydrator, a treater, a negative oxygen ion generator and a purifier. Clear liquid separated by the separator enters the treater, is mixed with negative oxygen in the negative oxygen ion generator and reacts in the treater, and the generated clear liquid enters the purifier to be filtered. Turbid liquid generated in the processor directly flows back to the separator, scum enters the dehydrator, and formed filtrate flows back to the separator; and concentrated liquor generated in the purifier flows back to the separator. Intermediate products can be timely and orderly conveyed and treated, the whole device is like an organic whole, and the treatment efficiency of sewage containing invisible solutes is improved.
