The design method comprises the following steps: 1, designing an anti-collision guardrail: pre-burying and fixing the anti-collision guardrail and a bridge pavement foundation to make the guardrail fixed with the ground more firmly, and enabling a hollow rubber plate and the guardrail to be fixed firmly through bolts; and 2, designing a reflective mark: enabling the reflective mark to adopt an anti-oxidation and waterproof mark special for the expressway, and pasting the reflective mark on the side face of the hollow rubber plate to achieve the reflective protection when the vehicle runs at night.
