Handheld efficient asphalt curing agent paving device
The invention relates to a handheld efficient paving device for an asphalt curing agent. The problems that existing curing agent scraping and brushing equipment is simple in structure, and the paving efficiency and the absorption speed of the curing agent are low in the scraping and brushing process are effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises four sets of scraping and brushing units, the four sets of scraping and brushing units are hinged end to end to form a rectangular frame structure, each set of scraping and brushing unit comprises a vertical first scraping plate, the left side and the right side of each first scraping plate are each hinged to a vertical second scraping plate, and a cross-shaped supporting frame is arranged in the rectangular frame structure; and the middle positions of the four first scraping plates are slidably installed on the supporting frame, a vertical rod is fixedly installed in the middle position of the supporting frame, the vertical rod rotates to drive the device to rotate around the vertical rod, and meanwhile the two opposite scraping brush units are alternately converted into a U-shaped plate shape from a flat plate shape. A curing agent is effectively prevented from being accumulated at the inner corners of the rectangular frame structure under the action of centrifugal force, and paving absorption of the curing agent is promoted.
本发明涉及一种手持式沥青养护剂高效摊铺装置，有效的解决了现有养护剂刮刷设备结构简单，刮刷过程中养护剂摊铺效率低且吸收速度慢的问题；其解决的技术方案包括四组刮刷单元，四组刮刷单元首位互相铰接构成一个矩形框结构，每组刮刷单元包括一个竖向的第一刮板，第一刮板的左右两侧各铰接有一个竖向的第二刮板，矩形框结构内设有一个十字形的支撑架，四个第一刮板中间位置滑动安装在支撑架上，支撑架的中间位置固定安装有一个竖杆，竖杆转动可驱动本装置绕竖杆转动的同时，相对的两个刮刷单元交替由平板状变换成U形板状，有效防止养护剂在离心力作用下堆积在矩形框结构内边角位置，促进养护剂的摊铺吸收。
