After the sections are assembled, the prestressed steel strand penetrates into the top section from the top face of the top section, the prestressed steel strand is tensioned through the steel strand tensioning ends, and the steel strand tensioning ends are located on the top section and the bottom section respectively. And the energy dissipation capacity and the ductility of the assembled pier are improved.
