The invention discloses a sand box body for unloading a steel structure net and a truss. The sand box body comprises an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder slidably sleeved in the inner cavity of the outer cylinder, the bottom end of the outer cylinder is fixedly connected with a lower supporting plate, the top end of the inner cylinder is fixedly connected with an upper supporting plate, a horizontal displacement assembly is arranged at the top end of the upper supporting plate, and a flow guide hopper is sleeved with the bottom of the inner cavity of the outer cylinder; a dry sand assembly matched with the flow guide hopper and the inner cylinder is contained in the inner cavity of the outer cylinder, the bottom end of the flow guide hopper is in through connection with a sand discharging pipe, one side end of the sand discharging pipe is in through connection with a side flow hole, the inner cavity of the sand discharging pipe is rotationally connected with a control shaft, and a communicating hole is embedded in the top end of the control shaft; according to unloading in the whole vertical direction, the control shaft can be indirectly driven to rotate by continuously rotating a handle, so that a sand outlet hole and a side flow hole are periodically communicated, the dry sand assembly is periodically discharged, the discharging speed and the discharging amount of the dry sand assembly are controlled, the descending displacement of the inner cylinder is controlled according to the sand discharging speed and the sand discharging amount, and accurate unloading is realized.
