The invention provides a construction method for cross installation of arched girder of a half-through tie bar steel box arch bridge. When a bridge deck system is installed, the bridge deck system located at the top of a bridge deck installation support is not installed firstly, an arch rib installation support is erected on the bridge deck installation support for arch rib installation, and after arch rib installation is completed, the arch rib installation support and the bridge deck installation support are dismantled; and finally the rest bridge deck system is installed. The arch rib installation support and the bridge floor installation support are connected into a whole, support foundations are all pile inserting foundations, stability is good, loads borne by the arch rib supports are directly transmitted to the ground, the situation that a bridge floor permanent structure participates in arch rib construction process to be stressed is avoided, construction safety can be guaranteed, and construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明提供一种中承式系杆钢箱拱桥拱梁交叉安装施工方法,安装桥面系时位于桥面安装支架顶部的桥面系先不安装,在桥面安装支架上搭设拱肋安装支架进行拱肋安装,拱肋安装完成后,拆除拱肋安装支架和桥面安装支架,最后安装剩余桥面系。本发明将拱肋安装支架与桥面安装支架连接为一体,支架基础均为插打桩基础,稳定性好,拱肋支架承受的荷载直接传递至地面,避免了桥面永久结构参与拱肋施工过程受力,能保证施工安全,并能提高施工效率。
