The invention discloses a construction method of a passing height limiting frame of a municipal road. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) pouring a concrete base; (2) mounting stand columns; (3) mounting reinforcing sleeves; (4) mounting height limiting rods; and (5) mounting a cross beam. Construction is convenient and simple, the whole height limiting frame is firm and reliable in structure and long in service life, the bottoms of the stand columns are limited and fixed through the bottom brackets, hoisting, mounting and positioning of the stand columns are facilitated, mounting perpendicularity of the stand columns is ensured, and meanwhile, the overall firmness of the stand columns is improved. Through the design of the reinforcing sleeves, the overall structural strength of the height limiting frame can be further improved, the reinforcing sleeves can facilitate installation and positioning of the height limiting rods, the two reinforcing sleeves are connected and fixed through the cross beam, the structure of the height limiting frame is more stable, and auxiliary stabilization is conducted through the auxiliary platform in the construction process, so the overall perpendicularity of the stand columns in the welding and fixing process of the stand columns and a bottom bracket is guaranteed, and meanwhile the auxiliary platform can serve as an operation platform in high-altitude construction.
本发明公开了一种市政公路通行限高架的施工方法,包括如下步骤:1)混凝土基座的浇筑;2)立柱的安装;3)加固套的安装;4)限高杆的安装;5)横梁的安装。本发明施工方便简单,整个限高架的结构牢固且可靠,使用寿命长,通过底托座对立柱的底部进行限位固定,便于立柱的吊升安装定位,确保立柱的安装垂直性,同时提高立柱的整体牢固性,而通过加固套的设计可以进一步提高限高架的整体结构强度,加固套还可以便于限高杆的安装定位,再通过横梁将两个加固套之间连接固定,使得限高架的结构更加稳固,并且在施工过程中通过辅助平台进行辅助稳固,保证立柱与底托座焊接固定过程中立柱的整体垂直性,同时辅助平台可以作为高空施工中的操作平台。
