Method for reinforcing soft soil foundation in pipe jacking construction
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a soft soil foundation in pipe jacking construction. The method comprises the following steps that a special pipe joint penetrating through a soft soil belt is marked; a pile hole is reserved in a bottom plate of the special pipe joint; the pile hole is blocked temporarily; an anchor rod is pre-buried; the special pipe joint and a common pipe joint are jacked to a preset position; on the special pipe joint, a counterforce frame is installed through the anchor rod; a chain block is installed on the counterforce frame; a prefabricated pile joint is conveyed; the chain block is used for lifting the pile joint and vertically placing the pile joint into an emptied pile hole; a hydraulic jack is placed at the top end of the pile joint; a reverse supporting plate is fixed to the counterforce frame; the hydraulic jack presses the pile joint downwards through the reverse supporting plate; when the stroke of the hydraulic jack is not enough, the hydraulic jack moves downwards, fixes the reverse supporting plate and then continues to press downwards; when the length of the pile joint is not enough, the pile joint is fixedly connected with the next pile joint and then continues to be pressed in till the pile bottom penetrates through the soft soil layer and the pile head is anchored into the bottom plate in cooperation with a pile feeder; and then the pile head and the pile hole are cleaned, and filling, waterproof and plugging treatment is conducted on the pile hole. According to the method, foundation reinforcement construction can be carried out in the pipe joint.
本发明公开了一种顶管施工中软土地基的加固方法,标记穿越软土地带的特殊管节,在特殊管节底板上预留桩孔并临时封堵、预埋锚杆,将特殊管节和普通管节顶进至预定位置,在特殊管节处,通过锚杆安装反力架并在反力架上安装手拉葫芦,运送预制的桩节,利用手拉葫芦起吊桩节并垂直放入清空后的桩孔内,在桩节顶端放置液压千斤并在反力架上固定反撑板,液压千斤顶利用反撑板下压桩节,液压千斤顶行程不够时先下移并固定反撑板再继续下压,桩节长度不够时先固连下一根桩节再继续压入,直至配合送桩器使桩底穿过软土层、桩头锚入底板,然后清理桩头和桩孔并对桩孔进行填充、防水和封堵处理。本方法可以在管节内部进行地基加固施工。
