The prefabricated assembly type ring main unit foundation comprises a ring main unit placing seat and at least one foundation well, wherein the foundation well at least comprises a cable inlet and a cable outlet; the foundation well also communicates with the ring main unit placing seat; the ring main unit placing seat is formed by splicing a bottom plate and a first side frame; the first side frame is formed by splicing a plurality of side plates; the foundation well is formed by splicing a bottom plate, a top plate and a second side frame; and the second side frame is also formed by splicing a plurality of side plates. The ring main unit placing seat and the basic well which communicate with each other are arranged, the ring main unit placing seat is used for placing the ring main unit, and the basic well is used for arranging an incoming line, so that the installation of the ring main unit can be guaranteed; meanwhile, the ring main unit placing seat and the basic well are formed by splicing the bottom plate and the plurality of side plates, so that prefabricated, modularized and standardized production can be achieved; and through the split type assembly structure, the problem of difficult overall pouring and transportation is solved, on-site installation is very simple, and the construction period can be greatly shortened.
