The invention discloses a garbage disposer which comprises a grinding device, the grinding device is provided with a barrel-shaped structure and comprises a grinding ring and a filtering disc, the grinding ring forms the barrel peripheral wall of the barrel-shaped structure, and a plurality of auxiliary grinding parts are arranged on the grinding ring. The filtering disc is connected with the grinding ring to form a barrel bottom of a barrel-shaped structure, and a filtering part is arranged on the filtering disc and used for allowing garbage with relatively small particle sizes to pass through. The grinding device further comprises a grinding disc, a grinding component, a stirring component, a cutting component, a discharging hole and the like are arranged on the grinding disc, and food waste is ground and smashed. While the granularity of the garbage is ensured, the garbage treatment device has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in installation, low cost and capability of improving the use experience of a user.
