The invention discloses a template. The template comprises a bottom plate and an edge rib arranged on the bottom plate; the edge rib comprises a clamping part and an abutting part arranged on the clamping part; a clamping groove is formed in the clamping part and comprises a first surface and a second surface which are connected with each other, and the included angle between the first surface and the second surface is an obtuse angle; the second surface is connected with the bottom plate; the abutting part is provided with an end surface and a first abutting surface; and the first abutting surface is connected to the first surface and the end surface, and the end surface is perpendicular to the first abutting surface. The invention further relates to a template system. The included angle between the first surface and the second surface is the obtuse angle, and when a clamp clamps the first surface and the second surface, the clamp is tightly combined with the first surface and the second surface, so that a self-locking structure is formed under the action of friction force between the clamp and the first surface and friction force between the clamp and the second surface, and high-precision positioning of the clamp and the template is achieved.
