The invention provides a reverse ridge reinforcing device and a reverse ridge formwork frame. The reverse ridge reinforcing device comprises a first reinforcing piece, a second reinforcing piece and a supporting piece, wherein, a first connecting hole is formed in the first reinforcing piece; the second reinforcing piece is arranged on the first reinforcing piece, and the second reinforcing piece is vertically connected with the first reinforcing piece; the supporting piece comprises a supporting part and an abutting part; and the supporting part is perpendicularly connected with the first reinforcing piece, the abutting part is arranged at the end, away from the first reinforcing piece, of the supporting part, and the abutting part and one end of the second reinforcing piece are located on the same side of the first reinforcing piece. According to the reverse ridge reinforcing device, two formworks with the height difference can be connected together through the supporting piece and the first reinforcing piece; by means of the second reinforcing piece and the first reinforcing piece, the formwork impacted by concrete can be reinforced, and the risk that the formwork floats upwards or inclines is reduced; and a structure is simple, parts installed on site are few, and installation efficiency is improved.
