Device and method for reserving hole in cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall
The invention provides a device and method for reserving a hole in a cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall. The device comprises a rigid sleeve frame arranged at the position of the reserved hole in a reinforcement cage in a supported mode, a hole opening formwork arranged in the rigid sleeve frame in a supported mode, and a plate buckle frame supported in a mold frame. A side groove is formed in a frame of the rigid sleeve frame in the length direction, and a plurality of anchoring parts are arranged side by side, extend outwards from the frame and are connected with the reinforcement cage. The hole opening formwork is attached to the inner wall of the rigid sleeve frame and defines the mold frame with the inner diameter consistent with the inner diameter of the reserved hole; and the plate buckle frame abuts against the top of the mold frame and the bottom hole opening formwork. According to the device and method for reserving the hole in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall, deformation and support deviation of the formwork of the reserved hole can be avoided, and the edge of the reserved hole can be effectively reinforced.
本发明提供一种用于现浇钢筋混凝土墙体中预留洞口的装置以及方法。装置包括支设于钢筋笼内预留洞口位置的刚性套框,刚性套框的边框沿长度方向设边槽并排设有多个锚固件,锚固件自边框向外延伸并与钢筋笼连接;支设于刚性套框内的洞口模板,洞口模板贴合刚性套框内壁并围成与预留洞口内径一致的模框;支设于模框内的盘扣架,盘扣架与所述模框的顶部与底部洞口模板抵顶。本发明能够避免预留洞口的模板变形和支撑偏移,并对预留洞口边缘进行有效加固。

The invention provides a device and method for reserving a hole in a cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall.
