Composite preform
The invention relates to the field of refractory materials, and particularly relates to a composite preform. The preform comprises a working layer (1) and a heat preservation layer (2), holes (4) and grooves (2) are reserved in the surface of the preform and used for fixing the preform and reducing displacement during usage, a high-performance castable is adopted as the working layer, and a heat insulation castable is adopted as the heat preservation layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: forcibly mixing a high-performance refractory castable in a forced mixer for 4-5 minutes, pouring the mixture in a mold, and vibrating and compacting the mixture; forcibly mixing a high-performance heat insulation castable in the forced mixer for 4-5 minutes for later usage; brushing a layer of interface agent on the surface of the vibrated castable; pouring the mixed heat insulation material into the mold, and spreading the heat insulation material on the vibrated castable by gravity; and moving the manufactured preform into a curing chamber to be cured.
本发明涉及于耐火材料领域,尤其涉及复合预制件。预制件包含工作层(1)和保温层(2),在预制件表面预留孔洞(4)和沟槽(2)用于固定预制件减少使用中位移;采用高性能浇注料做工作层,保温绝热浇注料做保温层;采用如下制备方法制备而成:将高性能耐火浇注料,在强制混合机强制拌合4~5mi n,浇筑在模具中振捣密实;将高性能保温绝热浇注料,在强制混合机强制拌合4~5mi n备用;在振捣完成的浇注料表面涂刷一层界面剂;将拌合好的保温绝热料倒入模具,依靠重力自流平铺在振捣好的浇注料上;将制作好的预制件移入养护室养护。
