Fireproof heat insulation profile and production process thereof
The invention discloses a fireproof heat insulation profile and a production process thereof, and relates to the field of fireproof heat insulation profile production. The fireproof heat insulation profile is specifically prepared by the following steps that firstly, a polyamide nylon heat insulation strip is prepared from a heat-resistant material through an extruder, and the polyamide nylon heat insulation strip is taken as an inner layer. According to the fireproof heat insulation profile and the production process thereof, the heat-resistant material is made of a ceramic fiber cotton material, so that the high-temperature resistance of the profile can be improved, the fireproof and temperature-resistant problems can be solved, meanwhile, the profile can be prevented from being melted and broken due to the high temperature, and the safety of doors and windows is improved; and a polyester carbon fiber composite material layer is prepared according to the proportion, the tensile strength of the profile is enhanced by adding carbon fibers, the elongation at break is reduced, meanwhile, the material performance can reach the same service life as that of a building, the service life of the profile is then prolonged, in addition, the original material composition and machining forming mode of the profile are changed and combined, so that the fireproof and high-temperature-resistant requirements are met, and the using effect of the profile is improved.
本发明公开了防火隔热型材及其生产工艺,涉及防火隔热型材生产领域,防火隔热型材的具体制配包括如下步骤:步骤一:将耐热材料经过挤出机制备成聚酰胺尼龙隔热条,作为内层。本发明通过设置的耐热材料采用陶瓷纤维棉材料制作而成,能够提高型材的耐高温性能,从而可以解决防火耐温问题,同时可防止型材受高温而发生融化断裂,并提高了门窗的安全性;且由于聚酯碳纤维复合材料层是按比例制备而成的,而碳纤维的加入增强了型材的拉伸强度,并降低了断裂的伸长率,同时可使材料性能达到与建筑物同寿命,继而提高了型材的使用寿命,且由于该型材改变原先的材料成分与加工成型方式,两者结合,从而达到防火耐高温要求,并提高了型材的使用效果。
