The invention relates to a production process of low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement. A low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement production device is used, and the low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement production device comprises a crushing mechanism and a batching mechanism, wherein the crushing mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the batching mechanism, and the batching mechanism is arranged on the existing ground. Low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement is produced by adopting a double crushing design concept, and the whole device can perform double crushing treatment on solid raw materials, so that the crushing effect of the solid raw materials is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the improvement of the subsequent grinding treatment efficiency of the solid crushed materials is facilitated; and the arranged crushing mechanism can centrally crush the solid raw materials and can adapt to the size change of the solid raw materials so as to maintain crushing of the solid raw materials.
