The invention provides an activation method of copper slag and application of the copper slag in high-performance concrete.The method comprises the steps that waste copper slag is put into a pulverizer to be pulverized, and first ground powder is obtained; the obtained first ground powder and a slag grinding aid are sequentially put into a ball mill for coarse grinding in sequence, and second ground powder is obtained; the obtained second ground powder is put into a calcining furnace to be calcined, and a calcined product is obtained; the obtained calcined product and a slag grinding aid are sequentially put into a ball mill for fine grinding, and third ground powder is obtained; the obtained third ground powder and sodium carbonate are sequentially put into a stirring pot to be stirred, and a first stirred material is obtained; and the obtained first stirred material and hydrochloric acid are sequentially put into a stirring pot to be stirred, and the activated copper slag is obtained. According to the method, mechanical activation and chemical activation are matched, so that the activity in the copper slag can be fully excited, and the reutilization effect of the copper slag is improved.
本发明提出一种铜矿渣的活化方法及在高性能混凝土中的应用,所述方法包括:将废旧铜矿渣投入粉碎机中进行粉碎,得到第一研磨粉;将得到的第一研磨粉和矿渣助磨剂依序投入到球磨机中依序进行粗磨,得到第二研磨粉;将得到的第二研磨粉投入到煅烧炉中进行煅烧,得到煅烧物;将得到的煅烧物和矿渣助磨剂依序投入到球磨机中进行细磨,得到第三研磨粉;将得到的第三研磨粉和碳酸钠依序投入到搅拌锅中进行搅拌,得到第一搅拌物;将得到的第一搅拌物和盐酸依序投入到搅拌锅中进行搅拌,得到活化铜矿渣。本发明通过机械活化和化学活化相配合的方式,能够充分激发铜矿渣中的活性,提高铜矿渣的再利用效果。
