Preparation and pumping processes for lightweight aggregate concrete
The invention discloses a preparation process for lightweight aggregate concrete. The preparation method of the lightweight aggregate concrete comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials, preparing dry cement, preparing a primary mixture, and finally preparing the lightweight aggregate concrete. The invention relates to a pumping process of the light aggregate concrete. According to the pumping process, the prepared light aggregate concrete is horizontally or vertically conveyed to a working surface for pouring along a pipeline by using a concrete pump. Compared with the prior art, the concrete has the advantages that pottery sand and ceramsite are used for replacing original sand and gravel in the concrete to serve as new concrete aggregate so as to reduce the apparent density of the concrete, and the pottery sand and the ceramsite have good heat preservation and heat insulation performance and can provide the overall heat preservation and heat insulation performance of the concrete; and meanwhile, the usage amounts of cement, coal ash and water in the concrete are increased, and a reinforcing agent, an air entraining agent and a pumping agent are added into the concrete, so the cohesiveness of the concrete is enhanced, and the flowability of the concrete is enhanced at the same time, which enables the concrete to be convenient to pump.
本发明公开了一种轻集料混凝土制备方法,所述轻集料混凝土的制备包括以下步骤:原料的选取、制得干燥水泥、制得初步混合料,最终制得轻集料混凝土;一种轻集料混凝土的泵送工艺,将制得的轻集料混凝土用混凝土泵沿管道水平或垂直输送至工作面进行浇注。与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明利用陶砂和陶粒代替混凝土中原本的砂、碎石来作为新的混凝土骨料,用以减小混凝土的表观密度,且陶砂和陶粒有良好的保温、隔热性能,可提供混凝土整体的隔热保温性能;提高混凝土中水泥、粉煤灰和水用量,同时向其中加入补强剂、引气剂和泵送剂,再增强混凝土的粘聚性的同时增强其流动性,以便泵送。
