The invention discloses a high-durability pervious concrete and a production process thereof, and the production process specifically comprises the following steps: weighing 1650kg of coarse aggregate, 423kg of Portland cement, 16.5 kg of a reinforcing agent, 168kg of water, 168kg of superfine slag powder, 35kg of a water reducing agent, 0.8 kg of steel fibers and 6.2 kg of carbon fibers, mixing 4.3 kg of steel fibers and 6.2 kg of carbon fibers in a container to obtain a fiber mixture, placing 1650kg of coarse aggregate, 423kg of Portland cement and 35kg of superfine slag powder into stirring equipment for mixing to obtain an aggregate mixture, and adding 1/4 of the fiber mixture into a container for stirring when the aggregate mixture is uniformly stirred. The durability of the pervious concrete is improved, the service life is prolonged, meanwhile, the stirring means is improved, the phenomenon that a fiber mixture is broken due to excessive stirring can be effectively avoided, meanwhile, the phenomena that the fiber mixture is clustered and knotted are avoided, and the quality is improved.
